Boys & Girls u7 mini Hoops Camp
The U7 Mini Hoops program uses the dynamic sport of basketball to build a strong foundation in balance, coordination, and agility for your young athlete.
This camp features engaging team activities that introduce fundamental ball skills such as catching, passing, shooting, and dribbling. Participants will also develop essential movements like running, backpedaling, lateral stepping, jumping, and foot planting. As we nurture their passion for the sport, your future star will explore both offensive and defensive principles of basketball.

Strengthen your in-game confidence by focusing your training on improving ball control & decision making. Explore and practice a wide array of dribble techniques, footwork, and passes that translates directly to game performance.

Defense camp
Dive into the details of defensive stance, positioning, footwork, and opportunistic play-making to build the skills and mindset of a lock-down defender. Learn how to disrupt the offense and dictate the terms. This camp will build toughness, and instill a competitive mentality while teaching a number of defensive tactics.

Shooting camp
Everyone wants to be an elite shooter; few know what it takes to become one. Form, balance, timing and rhythm are just a few of the essential points we will cover in this camp. Through dynamic drills that simulate in-game scenarios, we will help players gain the tools to become more efficient scorers and confident shooters.

Girls summer skills clinic
We're dedicating a week to girls' basketball skill development with high-level training and a surprise guest coach! This is your chance to acquire new skills and elevate your level of play. Learn the proper techniques to polish your jump shot, sharpen your dribbling, develop precise passing, and become a defensive force. As with all our camp programs, we will allocate time to apply these principles in a game setting through organized scrimmages.
